Adam Swenson, Owner
Adam holds B.A.s in Philosophy and Theology from Bethel University. He's the managing editor for Stillwater Living, a monthly magazine for the St. Croix River Valley in Minnesota. Prior to starting Swike he wrote two novels and numerous columns, features, profiles, as well as marketing copy, web copy and ad copy. He's flown small planes in the Amazon rain forest, skinned bears and picked salmon nets in the Alaska bush, photographed community development in Nigeria, read Sartre at the Left Bank's Café Les Deux Magots, jogged up the serpentine path to the top of Masada, and worked on a novel in a farmhouse 400 miles north of the Arctic Circle along the shores of a Norwegian fjord.
